He can help poor people more efficiently using fiat currency, if buying bitcoin to help poor is his intention only. Not all poor people have internet connection along with smartphones. These are essential to access bitcoin. I appreciate this gesture but my advise is to go with fiat to help poor instantly.

More people have access to internet than bank account so your statement is not valid. Even more effective way of helping the poor is by material things like food or medicine but in terms of financial help I think bitcoin is a good way of helping poor people.

i think poor people need something sustainable like a regular job, something
to get up in the morning for and to feel like they are contributing to society,
A permanent dwelling with basics like electricity, heating and running water.

I dont know how this Billionaire intends to help the poor in his community
with Bitcoin but he may not be prepared to use too much of his own
billions, instead he's hoping that Bitcoin will help him out....

i think the real impact is reaction his follower , he have  1.8M Followers and im sure the people who can read more thant that's he activism too its good image to bitocoin.

Do we care about this billionaire and his future endeavors?
I don't think so. Also, he does not use Bitcoin in order to help the poor people I would guess, this guy is unfortunately searching for the attention. Actually, every capitalist has a goal  for every investment in crypto but it will certainly never help Bitcoin's communty in my opinion. Don't trust these type of investors, they just want to exploit the traders.
