Hello,

So I do add here all alt-accounts of one Turkish scammer. He has previous scam history on multiple forums including Bitcointalk, but also like BlackHatWorld.

His alts:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2743722
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2763989
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2764036
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2456138

Lately he spammed about he looking for hundreds of AWS SES accounts at digital goods section. Here is that thread, what he is now obviously edited, but user brakcrystal has archived it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5223776.msg53786117#msg53786117

After I did warn others, he started to spam my trust rating for no reason with all of his alt accounts. It does not matter a lot to me, as no one cares brand new account rating, but I guess this guy should be removed from forum permanently to avoid users getting scammed.

Care to list them?

Apart from their ratings on your trust page, is there any other connection [I couldn't find anything unless I'm missing something]?

I guess this guy should be removed from forum permanently to avoid users getting scammed.
Unfortunately, scams aren't moderated on this forum:

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

Q: Why haven't you banned <insert scammer username here> who is an obvious scammer?
A: Possible (or real, not for me to decide) scams are not moderated to prevent moderator abuse. If we start picking out which ones we call "scammers" and ban, we would make a lot of decisions based on biased opinions.

When it comes to accusations of commercial misconduct, if a user is accusing you / someone else of scamming or defrauding them in your / someone else's sales thread without providing evidence (either in the post itself or by linking to evidence elsewhere), that's considered low value and thus should be reported as such.
