Having been on here for some days now, I've come to realized that only our stupidity leads us away and placed us in the hands of those greedy scammers, Hence we become a victim of circumstances. Pointing fingers and accusing newbies are not my intentions, perhaps The biggest challenge of a man is its greatest weakness.

But because of our selfishness and greediness, Most newbies never stay away from free coins, Reading on the forum how lot of newbies have been scammed, Makes me wonder, where we're heading to and why most of them still focused on free coin. Most of those newbie always want to earn free money, in which they are also aware that nothing goes for goes nothing. This being part of our greedy nature. And scammers very much aware of this. Hence they use it as an opportunity ( Advantage ) against newbie. Invest on Fake ICO And ponzi scheme nowadays, its like order of the day, my Question now is this "What are the guidelines, Safety Precautions to be taken, Protocol and possible Information to be fully observed, before investing in any particular project. What are the vital information to seek for before,matching on and beat on for a project investment. You're ideas are highly needed.

99.9% ICOs are either scams or doomed to fail because of incompetence of their developers. It's simply not worth anyone's time to look for the mythical "good project", and the crypto market overall has more to do with pure speculation rather than fundamentals - we have shitcoins having way higher prices than they deserve, and few of the decent coins are undervalued.

You're correct when you say that people become blinded with their greed, so the actual solution is to stop being so greedy, stop chasing some quick and big returns and invest for long term in established and proven assets like Bitcoin.

People do not analyze the consequence of their choices, they invest their money without considering the factors that may affect their investment. They really think that the promises provided by the project will be fulfilled. They desire for that opportunity that seems too good to be true, then blame everyone for their idiocy of not even checking if the project is legit. Greed is the reason why most investors are losing their money because it does not allow them to realize the outcomes of their investment. Do not also forget to do deeper research if you going to invest in a certain project so you will not end up investing in FAKE projects/ICO's. And, Allot some of your time on doing it.

Most of us really wants a free money, who does not want a free money? I am a newbie before but later on I realize collecting sh*tcoins will not do good to you or bring profits, sooner or later they will realized that, we will learned from our mistakes. If you using a search button, you will find a lot of topic has been created to be guided looking or determined its the project good or not. We don't have a "Really Safest Investment" word went you start to investment, no matter how good its the project there is always have a chance to be a fail project.

Every people have some different ability to learned, they could probably be learning fast, slowly or even can't understand at all. None of bad things always be a bad thing, sometimes people could be more aware and learning faster went they got a bad thing example like scam went they got scam. Everyone I think wanted some free money. Who doesnt right? As others mentioned aboved. The market seems peculiar in terms of guidelines on investing. No one really can provide you a perfect one aside from the basic of do some reseaerch first before jumping into scene.

OP question will be very useful around 2016-2017 where that time is the time when many ICOs appear and most investors do not realize that many of these ICOs are indeed set to deceive or are unable to continue their projects due to the inability of the developer.

Due to the large spread of having profit in digital currency or known as a cryptocurrency. Many people keep engaging in this (they are newbies) and thinking that they will earn too without further technical knowledge on it how it will work. As they heard that investing ICO's project is a way to make a profit but the truth is they don't know the consequences may happen.

We are all responsible for all the casualties we experience. If we would only be more careful and more knowledgeable about the things we have here in the forum, maybe we can benefit more instead of losing more money. I've seen newbies being greed who keeps on joining campagins and free giveaways without even considering the risk. ICOs that are successful and trustworthy is very rare nowadays. Most of it are just scams while some doesn't even have the capability to succeed. With this, we should already keep in mind that before joining anything, it would be best if we would check the whitepaper and the team to avoid any possible waste of time.

Sorry but it may seem too awkward to say that most times people choose to gamble with their funds without proper assessment on where to put their funds. such action results to the loose most times. don't be too lazy to research and assess where your money is moving into. first thing that matters in investment. is your funds save with whoever you are giving it to. what is the possible means of recovering if it got stolen.

it is better to leave it in your wallet than to invest in something you are not sure of.
