Additional Notes:So,i didnt really want to begin this thread,i wanted casino to withdraw this money and asked them like 100 times to do it,on email and in chat,all i have is ''wait'' response without any adequate reason.I want you to be careful with this casino,and i ensure you that support is really good,and i feel and see like they care about me,but casino owners actions are not correlate to support words and i have delayed withdrawal for 1 month from now,and i waited for one more withdrawal like two weeks.Despite this,they cancelled couple of my bets,which i even didnt fight about,but still not nice,i understood that i can not fight with them about it if they delay even withdrawal for so long time.
In conclusion:I had cancelled bets,that costed me 14+- mbtc,i had one withdrawal that i waited for two weaks(they withdraw it at the lowest btc),and i am waiting now for withdrawal more,than month,they know how hard my situation is,they know how i ask them to help me,i feel like support cares,but casino doesnt.I leave this thread here to make your own conclusions and be careful to play here.

What do you mean old exchange rate? But anyway, just be happy you got your money. not everybody is so lucky these days with sites like nitro.
See it as a learning experience and play somewhere else if you have to. There are far better options for good rewards, quick payouts and bets that don't get cancelled. You writing their support is "raelly good" is a bit far fetched.

You can close the topic on the bottom left and update the title if you think this issue is solved for you.
