Hello, I'm from Russia!!! looking for a job promoting your coin or project in social networks in Russia
It is better to post it in the Russian (local board) or services with a mention of the following:

 - What you can do.
 - Previous projects.
 - Protofilo attractively shows everything above.
 - price.
 - payment method
 - Ecsrow.
 - Return from service.

Generally, the start is not good, if you were a marketing expert you would have known the appropriate board and how to present what you can do in a way that makes the other party hire you.

until gain sufficient experience, try to learn more about the forum and share some meaningful ideas and topics.
Good luck.

OP is like walking in an office and says to the manager I'm looking for a job without bringing anything, the manager will just ask you to leave because you are not that professional and he thinks that you really do not have the desire to have a job and just making a big joke.
Yeah and that's the problem he's having. He doesn't sound professional and securing a job is much more harder than in real life.
He doesn't also seem to want to build his reputation as it appears that he came back after a year of registration.
