The guy said he used NO bonuses. It's so easy for any casino to calm multiple accounts and put together fake evidence. I can see if a bonus is involved, but the OP stated he used his own funds. I think you all should pay him and not be petty when no bonuses were used.
Have you actually read the reply? This is not about bonus abuse but about double-spending...
What do you think if the member creates multiple accounts? They come without purpose to take advantage of promos or bonuses.
They come for betting use own money,  not to stealing.
Dude ... first learn what double spending means and then you will understand .. Don't jump to accusations if you don't even know what they're talking about.
Also off topic , I'm pretty sure OP is using an alternate account to post this , new account , posts only here , knew exactly where to go to make the thread .
OP why you don't post from your main account ? If you've got nothing to hide.

Comedy-time once again no? Haha, gotta love those "bot-style" posts...  Cheesy

First of all, I’d like to ask casino representative to post all my info in this topic or send it to me and I’ll post here or send it to some regulators from website to judge. I want to make this case public to prevent it from unfair decisions.
As I get from google “double spend” it’s when you send one amount of money to 2 different wallets and money will come only to 1 wallet. I will post you my transaction ID here, if there are somebody who fully understands how it works, please check my payment and tell to everyone that it’s standard transaction without any double payments to other accounts.

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/9cfe9b0cfdc8b314ac0f18a82e116d86e2303a289be5d18d58fae7c2af0f6e90

I never sit on English speaking forums because I am from Russian speaking country,

I always write any complaint and read casino news on largest Russian forum ttrblog ( running by Ttrcasino’s owner ) where I have old account but bitcasino.io is already in the blacklist so I can’t write any complaints on this forum.( https://ttr-casino.appspot.com/forum/threads/bitcoincasino-io.4310/ ) I asked forum guys to send me some sites where I can get help, they sent me link to this site, to askgamblers and to lcb, but they said that askgamblers wont help and I have to write to this forum and to lcb forum. I did it.

You made only one deposit to bitcasino.io?

3ENVis93vNuCx5ohVwYS6skP8EQNdj65GR is bitcasino.io receiver BTC address?

1ERk1oaQ8yAVi9zB8TqMB3DtnVyfM3BYcy is your sender BTC address?

19KUMVQpr93Cb7gfyQK32teGrAG4abYkbw is your BTC address?

1) The BTC address 19KUMVQpr93Cb7gfyQK32teGrAG4abYkbw sent 0.12290286 BTC to BTC address 1ERk1oaQ8yAVi9zB8TqMB3DtnVyfM3BYcy

2) The BTC address 1ERk1oaQ8yAVi9zB8TqMB3DtnVyfM3BYcy sent 0.12290286 BTC to BTC address 3ENVis93vNuCx5ohVwYS6skP8EQNdj65GR

The wallets connected to 19KUMVQpr93Cb7gfyQK32teGrAG4abYkbw and 1ERk1oaQ8yAVi9zB8TqMB3DtnVyfM3BYcy do not contain any double spending!

Therefore no idea based on what bitcasino.io claims that you did double spending?

I bought bitcoins from local crypto-exchanger and then made one deposit from 1ERk1oaQ8yAVi9zB8TqMB3DtnVyfM3BYcy to 3ENVis93vNuCx5ohVwYS6skP8EQNdj65GR.

By local do you mean localbitcoins ? Or any exchange , aka paxfull etc ? If you can confirm the address from where you sent the btc belongs to any exchange , localbitcoins etc then I suppose double spending would be out of the question.

Edit : I doubt you used any of these since none of them would ever use an 1 sat/B fee. And I also find it very sketchy that you would send a 0.1229 BTC transaction using a 0.00000192 fee .  Most likely bitcasino.io is right and you've simply been caught trying to double-spend.

The only wallet of mine is 1ERk1oaQ8yAVi9zB8TqMB3DtnVyfM3BYcy
I went to ATM with cash in feature, put in 2000 BYN ( course $1=2.1BYN ) got my bill and sent it to btc changer. He sent btc to my wallet. I sent btc using blockchain from my wallet directly to bitcasino wallet. ( you told about fee, there are only 2 options: regular and priority fee, i used regular fee as always. )
I've translated my conversation with exchanger, and attach photo of my bill.

P.S. Dude from another forum told me to ask bitcasino support to check when my transaction was confirmed and when i won money, if transaction was confirmed before i won, they almost 100% scam

Blockchain.com will never use a 1 sat per byte fee for their regular transaction . This can only be manual adjusted by you.

Hello,

I've been in talks with our security team about this case and we've recently been in touch with the user by email.

User has breached the rule 5.19 from our T&C's:

Quote
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the “Double Spend“ methodology, Bitcasino.io shall void all bets and winnings. Specifically, if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently. We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.

From our side this case is considered to be closed.

Cheers,
Karl
Bitcasino.io
What is the accusation?

A) Used "Double Spend" methodology

B) Similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts

They deleted this post from their ANN thread Wink Wink Wink
And im gladly posting it again under their topic, we don't accept censorism here!

GIVE ME MY MONEY

http://i.epvpimg.com/Wx9jeab.png

We all know curacao egaming isnt going to answer or if they do you guys arent going to answer to them.
This guy down here sent a demand letter through his lawyer but bitcasino never answered Wink
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5217060.new#new

@Bitcasino.io Support all i want is my money i'm entitled to. Quit the bullcrap and just send me my money and we're finished as simple as that. You can't just take someones winnings AND DEPOSITS and protect yourself from winning players like that..
And incase people didn't read my other post im posting it here for a quick reason why bitcasino such a big casino will do something lik this ;;

Simple example,
If a investment firm accuses a trader of insider trading (which he didnt commit) no one will believe the trader and everyone will say the same you just said, 'Why would a big investment firm cheat you for an amount that isnt significant for them, you just simply took advantage and thats it'' but when the investment firm starts making the same accusation to multiple users here and there spread over a period of years nothing changes, the same statement as above will still apply.

When the investment firm gets busted as a ponzi-scheme only then people wil reconsider their thoughts about the first traders who made the statements..

This is the same with bitcasino
Scamming 1 person for 3 btc is nothing for a 5 figure revenue btc firm, but scamming 200-300 people for 1-10 btc is a big chunk of FREE PROFIT considering the fact that most people don't file any complaints or only try to work it out with the casino itself.

however, those who DO really go as far to going to curacao and taking a curacao based lawyer/lawspecialist and taking them to court/civil court are most likely to win HOWEVER we ''the people''  will NEVER KNOW what happened in that court.

Who says there werent multiple court hearing accusing bitcasino for the same thing??
