Cryptopia was one of the top level exchange when i started trade in crypto world. For security reason they temporary shut down their services (If i'm not wrong). Month ago they announce some news but is there any hope they will come back again..? If they'll not then what will happen to those fund that many people reserve in the exchange..? (I have also some altcoin in cryptopia exchange  Embarrassed Embarrassed )

here is the last announcement from them: https://www.grantthornton.co.nz/update-for-cryptopia-account-holders-25-October-2019/

I share your frustration mate Sad. I had some amount of funds stored up in that exchange and I was pretty occupied with helping my granny get back from a disease. When i got to know about this I was very worried as i planned to get that funds out as soon as possible. I guess it's high time we actually practice what we preach and that is "Never save any funds at an exchange". Hope we all pic a cue from this.

In my opinion may be there is still some hope that people could refund there asset in near future. Cause yesterday i saw they gave some update about their working progress to audience in their website (actually they announce it 12 December, 2019 but i discovered yesterday Sad). I think they are still trying to improve their platform and try to give us a better exchange than previous. Here the news they announced.

They don't seem firm on reimbursing the users. I also had tokens worth above $200 but now are almost half the price but still worth something. Was lucky and quick enough to withdraw 0.05 BTC when they activated bitcoin withdrawals while ETH balances were lost completely for users who had ETH balance. There seems to be no discussion about the account holder's assets.
