The answer of your question has been answered already. It depends on you where you want to buy bitcoins like coinbase, localbitcoins that BitMaxz provided. You can also buy to someone who sells bitcoin but escrow is needed to avoid getting scammed in person to person transaction unless the bitcoin seller is someone you know which you can trust.

However, before buy bitcoin choose a good wallet like Electrum or Ledger hardware wallet. Try to acquire more knowledge about bitcoin and how its work. Don't use custodial wallet or web wallet store your bitcoin for long time.
