Only way that would be possible would be If they were held in escrow for at least 180 days after the pay pal was sent. You are much more likely to get a deal by just withdrawing the funds to your bank account
That's right and the reason you'd need to wait for roughly 180 days is to avoid being back payed with paypal, which means that the person can send you the money via paypal and a few weeks after get that payment back from you by using paypal's policy. This is why it would make more sense to do a bank transfer from somebody with a really good reputation, so you can minimise the risk of getting scammed.
