The loi has been posted on the telegram group - pretty amazing to see

You need to remember the world right now has stopped - governments are not worrying about projects like this but stopping the spread of the virus - once this virus has stopped we will see news but seriously guys you moan a government hasn’t announced a project in times like this ? You should venture into the real world
