Wasn't that a scam?

The contest was prediction of BTC price at the end of Jan 2020. He want to give 1 merit and 0.001 BTC to the winner of the contest.

But Still now he didn't publish the winner of the contest. Besides he lock the thread.

I sent him a message to publish the winner on Feb 3, 2020. But no response.

He was last active in Jan 23, 2020.

That means he lock the thread before the contest is over.

it's very strange because he stopped doing any post on January 16 and the last time he was active was on January 23. I think something must have happened to him that would have made him quit the contest, but it was a lack of respect he did not inform the participants that he was closing the contest. Well, I don't know if in this case we can consider a case of scam or not as he is not active in the forum and I don't know the reasons why he disappeared from the forum
