If you can't even afford to pay a developer, then don't expect your project to succeed.
Nobody is interesting in working for equity in a vague startup based on an idea. Anybody with the skills the develop something that people would invest money into wouldn't need to be second or third in line, they would be at the top of the organization and would easily have the money to pay for a CM, content writer etc.
Anybody willing to work in these kinds of positions almost certainly doesn't have the talent to get paid for their efforts, and likely won't be capable of generating anything worthwhile.
I would urge people to use caution when wasting their time with time for equity deals, unless the project has a working revenue model and clients already on board, you will almost certainly be throwing your time away.
