JULY 1 testnet completes. then mainnet is coming.

the Bluzelle network has been running with more than 180 active validators for over a week. Our new explorer, BLUZELLE CENSUS will be used for the competition to evaluate the metrics of validators. We are in a position to resume the competition responsibly.
