First post at 9:16.
Gets a PM at 9:57, screenshots it 1 minute and 8 seconds later.
Post a Reputation thread (his 3rd post ever) about it 21 minutes after that..

Really Interesting. Honestly, when I was a newbie I did not understand where should I make a post and how to make a post in this forum so far about any knowledge of Reputation and Scam accusation. Even I have taken more than 2 months to understand a little bit how works this forum. Anyway, maybe the user is very intelligent and well experienced about this forum,

Most probably this question posted by OP attracted the account seller towards him.

It's possible it's a scammer targeting newly created accounts, in order to sell them an account in already "good standing"

I have also noticed this yesterday that the user NNRR quote  the post in less than one minute after OP posted. And try to see post history of NNRR. I did not find any post recently the user did such type of helping post. This is little suspicious really.
But we can not say both account are holding by one person or alt of each other. That does not enough proof actually. Maybe they are Friend or well known person in internet.

Hah, the whole 1-minute apart posts thing was a good catch, I didn't notice that. As far as the specific pronoun thing goes, a lot of countries have the same word for both "him" and "her", pretty much just "they." So they might have just made a grammatical error. But you're right in that both things (all 3 things) are suspicious and I highly doubt this person is a real newbie, even if the PM they received is real.

Also, NNRR's Telegram handle looks a little familiar:

Ha ha ha. Telegram accounts looks like the username of OP means provably both accounts are alt. And one interesting things that the facebook and linkdin username looks a girl's name. That means NNRR is a women. And this maybe one reason of writing "her".

Both U_Trune and NNRR use broken English, fishing merits, having almost similar usernames, helping OP within few minutes of posting and meriting her etc, all looks suspicious but there isn't enough proof to tag them as Alts.
But one thing I learned from being active on Reputation and Scam Accusation for a few days is that never trust anyone even if they are helpful and reputable
