Hi friends,
I expirience some serious hashrate problems. RX550/560 unlocked shaders on RX550 so it is recognised as RX560 4GB card.
I mining ETC. My hashrate drops from 14.1 MH/S to 8 9 and sometimes 10. I did not change anything in config file. I use Claymore 15.0 miner.
I try to run miner through RDP without screen atached and it is the same. On other coins like EGEM or ETH1 hashrate is normal 14.1 MHS

I try mining ETH and it drop to 8 MHS. I try reinstalling OS and it is same.

Config:

MB: P5E64WS Evo
CPU: Q9550
RAM:8 GB
OS: W10
GPU Bios is moded, just to increase max frequencies so i run about 1200 on GPU and 2000MHZ no memory.
Non-WHQL-Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.11.4-Nov27 - Driver

I use this config as firewall in VM,so 33W from this card dont mean anything tome.  Is there any help/solution ?

EDIT: I accidentaly noticed that if I put computer to sleep ( forgot to disable on freshly installed OS ) after resume Hashrate returns allmost to previous state, Instead 9-10 on etc i get 13.5.

Is there any help or this card can forger ETC and ETH coinst because of DAG size and Windows VRAM usage?

Thanx in advance.

Some questions to help find your problem:

- Is it possible that your OS has updated your drivers?
- Can you give me your CPU usage and your Memroy usage?
- What is the temperature of your GPU? If > 85C it's start to trottle...

The dropping of hashrate I think it is normal now under Windows 10.All my rigs that I am managing for some friends with Rx 580 4Gb have gone from 29.9 Mhs to 25.5 Mhs so I think this problem is related to the growing size of the DAG.

sometimes go to 9 and sometimes to 4 MH/s. I was considering this also, and I will try on W7. I will keep you updated.

Before you do anything else try and mine ETC first and then mine some very low DAG coin like Expanse and see what results you get. ETC is always ahead in DAG and Expanse is way behind.

Switch temporarily to those coins and see if you are getting the same issues. If you are getting the same issues then its obviously not DAG related. If it worsens with ETC and the problems completely goes away with mining Expanse then obviously the DAG is the issue here.

So either switch to Win7 or to some Linux distro, no idea how much longer of mining we got.
