What do you mean, is this bugged? No, it is not... Why would it be bugged?
People can fund whatever address they want for whatever reason. The people funding 1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa are probably doing so to beg (since it's an address that's looked up pretty often, so they "advertise" their address) or maybe to boast, or to pay homage to satoshi...

This sounds about right... But yeah, some explorers might have trouble with the 50 BTC reward funding this address... It's possible some have flaws when converting btc to fiat... I wouldn't care to much tough...

It's a cheap way of buying a little bit of immortality. Those coins will never move. That block will be venerated for as long as people remember BTC. In future no doubt we'll see more and more additions to it as more people cotton on.

if these block explorers are counting this transaction's 4a5e1e4baab89f3a32518a88c31bc87f618f76673e2cc77ab2127b7afdeda33b value as a part of that address's balance then it is a bug in those block explorers because the transaction i posted is the genesis block's coinbase transaction and as a consensus rule this tx is not spendable so it is not even part the UTXO set to be counted as the "balance" of this address.
