A story about how your money can be taken from you and in return offer a VIP status and a bonus of $ 1,500. I show everything as objectively as possible

Binance users must understand what they are dealing with!

I ask you to repost anyone who is not indifferent to such a situation, tomorrow everyone can be in this situation.

I have been waiting patiently for a month now and trying to get me back the funds that disappeared from my spot account on 02.16.2020 after a failure of the exchange.

I also tried to achieve partial compensation due to which I lost on trading during the failure of the exchange. Correspondence month. From the beginning, Binance wrote that he had technical problems and they will solve everything. After a while, they gave different assumptions about where my funds disappeared, for each case I sent them evidence that the funds were not withdrawn, between the internal accounts did not disappear, etc. In the end, when they ran out of arguments, they simply wrote that they did not bear responsibility, suggested $ 1,500 consolation bonus and VIP Status.

I said it multiple times.... nobody should keep crypto on any exchanges big or small.
Looks like human species is not so smart as they think.
Repeated mistakes and nothing learned.

I share the same opinion nobody should sit their coins in any exchange, just because of you don't want to have the hassle of depositing your coins and you have full trust because it's a big exchange anyway, not your key not your coins it has been said thousands of times before, well at least they gave you consolation and VIP status, other exchange will ban you.

Tell this to someone who holds all their money in their bank account. They'd put millions there to get their little percentages yearly without thinking even for one second about the inflation that actually makes your money become less worth than it was when they've deposited it.

Lack of education. It's everywhere around us right now, popping up to the surface like oil in water. If someone considers holding money in a bank or holding their gold in a bank safe is secure, they'll have 0 concerns about holding their money on an online exchange. The saddest thing about it is that a bank can close/legally steal their funds just as easy as the online exchanges do. Nothing sits safer in any pocket other than yours. It just happens so that banks don't do this very often. But when it happens, it's wild.
