Issues:
1. Both bills are missing holograms.
2. The red cedar wallet is missing holograms.
3. The replacement set (Financial Revolution .5 and 1 btc black wallets) are not matching numbers - even though sold as a set. as there are 100 sets and 100 of each wallet, I would think that they would have matching numbers since Lynx does not sell them separately.
I will reach out to Tom concerning my issues. I will also offer to pay for the additional wallet that was sent, I ordered 4 and the 2 bills, I received 5 and the 2 bills.
Talked with Tom again today -
First, he is sending me the holograms that were missing to address issues 1 and 2 above.
Secondly, he is sending me a #20 of the Financial Revolution 1 btc black wallet to give me a matching set.
Lastly, he is allowing me to keep the two wallets that I received that are essentially extras.
In conclusion - while their shipping had many snafu's and their website inventories are incorrect, Tom quickly worked to address any/all of my issues, often replying within an hour of my email - sometimes faster. I feel that his customer support makes up somewhat for the issues caused by the site and shipping.
