If you are on a 14-day segregation at home due to Covid-19, the first thing to do is: Don't panic
Talk to family members about how to take care of each other. Talk to your neighbor about situation where your family need emergency or special event so they can provide timely support. Check out food supplie, home drink and "shipping" services in case you can't get out.
Be prepared to work remotely. Be prepared with medical record, epidemiological record, or at least the medical record of all family member. Have a separate room ready to isolate the sick from the rest of the family.
Food and water According CDC, it is advisable to prepare food for the whole family for at least 3 day. However, it still depend on the governments of each region of that country. You may not be able to reach the store, so you may run out of food, it is important to have more supplies.
Medicine Prepare important medication in advance, such as diabete medication, blood pressure. There is a possibility that the medicine supply may be disrupted, causing a shortage. Also, do not forget about pain killer or stomach medicine. This is the right thing to do, whether there is an epidemic or not.

Also, if you are sneezing "freely" or covering your hand, it is a mistake. Cover with your elbow when sneezing or using dry paper, to ensure that you do not spread the virus to the air and surfaces.
