Hi all,
My order was split into two deliveries due to covid related delays. I asked to cancel the second half of the order and asked for a full refund (the items had not yet been shipped). They responded to this promptly and professionally, and the process was simple with no issues whatsoever.
The first half of the order arrived today. I am so far very pleased with the order, and would recommend this company based on my experience with them.
Now I just need to test out how legit the product itself is. Will keep you all posted!
