Spamming by members ending in 1234

There seems to be a bit of spamming going on by newbie members ending in 1234 ?
Anyone seen this ?

I think it's prooobably safe to assume that these 3 accounts(and probably more) are controlled by one person.

1. As you said, they're spamming; and the 1234s on their username.
2. Though registered hours apart(though there might be other accounts registered in certain times in between), they're registered in one day.
3. Their "last active" times are only a few minutes apart.

and they are. furthermore, the issue has been resolved(just like what the OP said) and the accounts in question have been banned from the forum.
