I can say, scammers are getting aggressive nowadays. Using a government domain name this time but the website should have gov.uk at their address not at the beginning - http://ukgov-covid19relieve.com/. I hope people should be careful in checking sites like this and confirm their legitimacy first before entering their vital info.
