How do i recovery my lost PDF in my android phone?

I have this PDF in my phone then, I mistakenly deleted the file and now I need to used the information on the file. Please how do I recover the file back in my android phone?

Most android phones have the recycle bin but only for photos. But for a file like pdf, I haven't gone through with that. There's a tutorial for a file recovery but it requires you to download their app.
