Not to be all skeptical or anything, but 35BTC seems way too cheap for Dubai in that neighborhood.

Considering rent there is around $1000-$2000 per month...

EDIT: I just remembered that UAE doesn't actually let you own anything you buy, you just get to keep it for 99 years, so it might be "calculated" in the price

It's a freehold property. I bought in 2016. The price is a fair valuation in the current market.

I am living in the UK and decided to sell it, It will be ready in June/July this year.
