Good day everyone. I withdrew BCH 2 days ago, confirmed it on my email and on the cloudbet site it says confirmed. Its been 24 hours when I found it odd because I haven't received the BCH fund on my account. When I checked my withdrawal history it says confirmed with the transaction hash but when I clicked the link, it says its not found.

That's the right decision if they ignore your complaint or did not do action, then you can do a scam report in the scam section but be sure that you have all the pieces of evidence and the screenshot of all your proofs so you can strengthen your case and warned people to do research first before playing.

Just an update: I just sent Ronnie a private message regarding my failed withdrawal and still waiting for his response. I think he was online 4 days ago. Meanwhile, I keep contacting cloudbet support but they always tell me the same thing. Its been 4 days and their payment team haven't got a chance to look at my withdrawal issue.

Meanwhile, I keep contacting cloudbet support but they always tell me the same thing. Its been 4 days and their payment team haven't got a chance to look at my withdrawal issue.
There have been so many complaints lately about delayed withdrawals, astronomical withdrawal fees and very slow customer support if you look at their thread. I don't know whether it's related to the current situation, i.e, network congestion for major crypto assets and a thin work force since most of the workers have been laid off due to covid19 but if Ronnie gets back online. He will surely try helping you.

I'm glad that the admin of Cloudbet is trying to address this issue, so it would not escalate into a scam accusation, hope OP will update us about this issue, and so are the many issues about Cloudbet, not really the best time to have a business with this kind of accusation as the online gambling business is taking off.

The Cloudbet rep in the forum a.k.a Ronnie usually helps a lot around here if a complaint is raised in the forum, and he is online at that time. At least that's what i have observed in the past when issues escalated. I do hope the Cloudbet team that is not in the forum knows how much he does to help members around here Wink

Thanks for all your input guys. Yup Ronnie was able to follow up on cloudbet's payment team and he already gave me a time frame on this one. I'll be closing this thread once I received the funds on my account. A big thanks to Ronnie and all of you guys who helped me.  Wink
