The problem is decribed here

Code:
power.c:587:get_min_voltage: board[1] voltage: 0.000000
power.c:587:get_min_voltage: board[2] voltage: 0.000000
power.c:587:get_min_voltage: board[0] voltage: 0.000000
power.c:593:get_min_voltage: min voltage: 0.000000
power.c:349:get_power_iic_value_from_voltage: iic_index for voltage[176] = 10
power.c:626:set_iic_power_voltage: voltage_tunning, set to 10.180000, N=176
power.c:629:set_iic_power_voltage: power voltage abnormal
driver-btm-c5.c:12210:stop_mining: power abnormal

This is most likely a PSU related issue, unless of course, the 3 hash board are dead, which is unlikely, however, let's not jump into conclusions so fast, your pool settings don't seem right to me, use the following details in the second pool

URL:

Code:
stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333

Worker:

Code:
1PKN98VN2z5gwSGZvGKS2bj8aADZBkyhkZ

Password:

Code:
x

if this fails, try resetting the miner and install the latest firmware.

You are going to get in trouble with the way you post, please follow this guide.

1- Always use CODE function when pasting a kernel log.
2-Do NOT quote my whole post.

Anyway, I am now almost sure that you have a bad PSU, what is the voltage of your house/farm? is it 220v ?

What you should try now is disconnect 2 boards and keep on 1 board only, don't just disconnect the ribbon data cable, unplug the boards from the power supply, try the 3 boards this way,

1-remove board 1 and 2 keep board 3
2-remove board 1 and 3 keep board 2
3-remove board 2 and 3 keep board 1

Do this with power-saving mode and the pool details I gave you, let me know how it goes, and please allow at least 30 mins before every trial, the miner needs a long enough time to start.

I'm really very sorry i'll be taking care of posting in the right way from next time. its 220v i'm using 1 phase in india out of 3 phase house.

How to do it like this
1-remove board 1 and 2 keep board 3
2-remove board 1 and 3 keep board 2
3-remove board 2 and 3 keep board 1

In S11 by apw8 power supply i've never done before i need proper guidance. i've tried doing in antminer s9 before but this one is having connected power supply and there are less wires.

Antimer s11 has a few differences in design,  but removing hash boards is pretty much self-explanatory, refer to this guide
https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016346453-How-to-disassemble-the-hashboards-from-DR5-D5-

It is a different miner but almost identical, just follow the steps.

Sir after i'd upgraded it to the latest firmfare just from that period of time after 5-7 days it has gone bad. i tried to upgrade back but it says cannot find signature. so my question is will it help if i degrade the existing firmware by using some method to degrade it?

If my Antminer s11's APW8 psu has gone wrong can i use antminer s9 psu in it? i've got one extra to make things work.

Any Bitmain firmware from 2019 or later, locks the miner to their "signed" (newer) firmware and no SSH. I'm not aware of methods for downgrading back this specific model, which is so rare.

You should try the suggestion of removing the hashboards and testing them one by one. Yes, since the S11 this process is more involved due to the way Antminers now power their hashboards. You have to be very patient and more careful.

Unless you pĺan to send it to Bitmain for "maintenance", but you have until June 10 to do so...

Nothing has changed since your last post.

Code:
power.c:629:set_iic_power_voltage: power voltage abnormal
driver-btm-c5.c:12210:stop_mining: power abnormal

You also have not mentioned anything regarding removing 2 hashboards and keeping only 1, so I can't help you troubleshoot anything unless you do that.

No, Apw3/7 have different voltage output, you can't do that.

If you want the recovery firmware you have to ask Bitmain to send it to you, although I am almost sure this has nothing to do with the firmware, this is most likely a bad PSU.

Don't just remove the ribbon cable, unscrew the bars and remove the hashboard completely, if you keep only one hash board no need to test it on low power saving mode, for more than one board you can try it.

Edit: I found the SDcard recovery files > https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Flashing%20SD%20card%20with%20image

There are two versions for S11 control board ,7007 and 7010, kindly make sure you use the correct firmware or your control board might not function anymore.

1.SIR please do tell me which control board my miner is. i've attached the kernel logs and picture of control board clearly as i could not figure out.
2.also do tell me one thing do i need to just flash the 7007 or 7010 firmware you gave by going to upgrade and flash the image or i need to do something else? like with SD card which i'd never done before.

Out of all the different combinations that you showed so far indicates a voltage problem, this means this is a PSU problem, and you need to replace the PSU, the only thing to double-check before buying a new PSU would be your voltage input, check to see if it's below 200v then that might be causing the problem, if not then 95% you have a faulty PSU.

As far as the flashing the recovery file, it's worth a try but highly unlikely that it will fix the issue, I can't tell which control board model do you have based on the kernel log, you either have to find the number 7007 or 7010 on the control board itself, or contact Bitmain, give them the SN of the machine and they should be able to tell you which model do you have, although I have previously tried to flash a miner with the wrong firmware and nothing bad happened, so maybe you want to take the risk and simply try the two version, one of them will work and the other won't work but do contact Bitmain if you want to be on the safe side.

The SDcard process is pretty simple, you get an SDcard, format it as fat32, and then follow these steps > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFVmyaL7VX8

it's pretty simple, but if you face any issues let me know.
