Although I didn't follow the project but I will say don't trust them. Being silent is a big red flag be sure it means alot. Just thread carefully.
But distribution has taken place already, many have confirmed it through this thread so by definition they didn't scam the investors or bounty hunters. But if you are talking about the price? it's different though. They can pull a scam if they initiate or fake volumes to try and pump the market to trick investors that this coin/token has a bright future. So we have to observe and see how the project will take off in the next coming weeks and months.
I don't see anything like scam either and the last time i checked from the link provided by the OP which the project team stated:
"We faced a major challenge with some of the major investors kept delaying Agate token withdrawal from their wallet in our token sale platform hence we decided to manually transfer their tokens and burn the rest.
" Which simply mean the team is not guilty with the delay that happened.
