i think that will be your bottleneck here, the onetime fee of 1000TELOS, not many users can afford even if those will be converted to AML-tokens. but if they believe on this project, they will make a way because 1k TELOS actually is not much and not so expensive. if you consider this as an investment, it is like you are allotting about 0.00254BTC, at the current rate of 254 sats/TLOS.

It is very hard nowadays to ask KYC from users unless they will see this project as a very promising and profitable for them. Also, you are asking for certain payment fee so I guess that will be your hurdle for this project. Not many people are willing to pay even it is a small amount. How are you going to attract users pay this one time fee?
