I’m looking for open source or proprietary software solution for web wallet with integrated exchanger and payment gateway. It can be a whole project with all parts described below or separate parts that we will integrate.
If it will be proprietary software I want to buy source code so that my team could do further development independently.

I need such parts of the project:
1. Web wallet - the same as this login.blockchain.com or walletesvoe.com
2. Multi-currency custody wallet with API - something like BitGo Hot Wallet. Support of ETH, ERC20, BTC needed;
3. Exchanger functionality - so users could exchange crypto to crypto, as well as buy and sell crypto for fiat - the same as in login.blockchain.com;
4. KYC process - client forms and admin panel, ideally with integrated third party KYC service;
5. Crypto payment gateway - merchant API, invoicing system (use case - merchant registers its client in our system with API and redirects it to our website; in our web wallet clients buys crypto and pays merchant with crypto; clients gets back to merchants website);
6. Admin panel.

I'll give you a list of software that matches some of the criteria you have, and you can choose form there.

- BitGo has APIs for custody wallet and exchange which are commercial https://www.bitgo.com/solutions/exchanges but at a first glance I didn't see a KYC system or payment gateway for it.
- There is also the BTCpay payment gateway, but that only supports a handful of altcoins. There is a list of other payment gateways at https://github.com/alexk111/awesome-bitcoin-payment-processors.
- Tangany has custody wallets but it supports even fewer altcoins than BTCpay: https://tangany.com/blockchain-wallet-as-a-service/#product-custody. They don't have a KYC system yet but their site says they're developing one.

With the resources you have you would benefit from buying these parts commercially so your team can get technical support from them which will make wiring the parts together easier.

The exact description of what you are looking for is a developer who connects all of this open-source Software (BitGo, Bisq, and BTCpay payment) so I think you need to search for him using the services section[1] or start asking for help in developing your project[2].
It is a mistake to rely on one software or link to several open-source software, especially if you want to create a platform with high trading volumes so it is better to start from scratch.

As for small projects, the best thing that I can think of is ----> https://www.rubykube.io/.

Around Peatio, as the core wallet and order book management system, we have built account management and KYC using open-source Barong OAuth2 system, as well as Business Logic and other components.

The Kite installation & administration tool allows you to deploy entire platform from scratch in 1 hour and makes management and maintenance a breeze.

And we have covered back-end with beautiful and fully customizable front-end using React

The swap shouldn't be hard to implement if you use an instant exchange API.

As for the rest, BRD wallet launched Blockset[1][2] a couple of months ago, try to reach out to them.
