I tried to match the physical members of the original @Bruno ear photo and the fake one.

I think someone may got his phone with login information for Bitcoitnalk forum, and with Bruno pictures/images.
Then he may edited that pictures.
It sure looks like different ear (or picture taken earlier before operation)
