i unfornately had the stupid sense of putting some money in that site.. it was preivous to me even asking about whether the site was legit or not.   now i'm tryint to withdraw the money out of the wallet, and
1. customer service is non existen
2. preivous attempts were refused because kyc wasn't done, which it is now done
3. another reason for denial of withdrawl was that there wasn't enough trading volume. every time i have attempted a withrawl, it takes almost a week to get a response/denial back.

any suggestions on what my next course of action should be?

I also opened an account with them and deposited some ETH. Because I now want to withdraw my money, they demand a 20% deposit as a prerequisite.

Its a scam website used by online romance type scams and such.   I mistakenly put $400 and have tried for months to get it out.  No luck.  Lost forever.   This is what they say even after you verify identity.

"hello! After verification by the token exchange, due to the large amount of money withdrawn from your personal account for the first time, in order to ensure the safety of users' personal account funds, you need to complete the following three points within five working days: 1. Submit your personal hand-held ID photo; 2. Submit your personal bank statement for nearly three months; 3. Pay the deposit of 30% of the total market value, and deposit it in your personal account assets (the deposit of money withdrawn is owned by you personally). After completion, the token exchange will re-examine and evaluate your personal account. Please know that I wish you a happy life."

noting this is $400, hardly a "large amount of money"

Total BS.  Stay away!
