Everbet is supposed to be a social betting platform where the community can post their bets and promote them to their friends or on social channels.

No need for real crypto! To test it, just follow the instructions in the dapp and get some test BNB!

Testing on desktop is recommended and the final design is currently being fleshed out by our dedicated design team.

After the initial testing phase and further improvements, we will release Everbet's EVREP reputation token.

I understand that it's still in beta but design looks like it's just been made and left and just a dark themed background without other information.

Thanks, the actual design and logo will be applied within the next couple of weeks.
This is basically the developer theme utilizing bootstrap (so we can just put the final css on it).

The network configuration on Metamask is working perfectly there are two events currently on the site I haven't tried adding the fund features although I tried since I have insufficient balance it did not push through, this is a new and unique betting application, I hope you can come out with a better interface, design and easy navigation is everything when it comes to a gambling site, update us more on the development

For me, your main dapp site took ages to load and after it did load I faced a Metamask connectivity issue. It took some time to connect but it got connected ultimately. I am not sure whether it was an issue on my side or yours.

I will go ahead and test it later on but do work on the user interface when you move from testnet to the actual dapps.

You are right that the site takes a long time to load so I didn't bother to wait for now since I only use my mobile device at this time to check the website. Their design is not good and previous post is right that there should be changes to be made about the design. In your case it may be because of the browser you used.

I also find this when I click their site but for sure all will improve especially if they read the suggestion of the users who tried to see their site, Maybe the OP should run a campaign here and pay some testers to have a great result since for sure many will join and will give their opinion if there's a campaign related to this will be created. I see so many site conduct this and I think its helpful.

Since you are posting this to also hear the ideas of the users with your platform, I'll tell you the UI/UX that really needs to be changed.

-- The chat box seems to need 2 close buttons/clicks to fully minimize it and restore it as well. I think better just do maintain the marqueeing popup but don't keep it's box and also have some padding. It wasn't that noticeable below-right hence it's fine to keep the long one.

-- Don't use too much light or thin font styles. Better use different colors in your color schemes or make a new color scheme that would match the "gambling" platform and your offer's idea. Also, use bold texts only when the button is active.

Lastly, please finish first the main platform. You shouldn't publicize the platform without hiring alpha/beta testers. Don't hire normal people, hire web professionals.

I gonna address the mobile issue today.

Regarding the mechanics, I should probably explain this a little further:

People are posting their betting ideas, Everbet itself is not offering bets. It's a platform.

The dapp is fully decentralized and there are no oracles being used or data from the chain being cached (as this would centralize it again).
This makes loading of a full list of events slow, of course.

We knew from the start it would behave like this, so dapp mechanics and distribution take this into account:

 - People post links to their individual bets into the social groups of their choice (twitter, telegram, discord, etc.) rather than Everbet being the promoting instance.
This for example would be a link to an individual event and would load faster because there actually is only one event being displayed:

 - The dapp that you currently see is a reference implementation.
Everyone can download it, edit, self-host and re-use it for his own purpose (and use blockchain data caching and all sorts of things to speed up page rendering).

Hope this explains parts of the actual mechanics.

We have a dedicated team, putting actually quite some effort into it and there is nothing bad about it to showcase something on testnet
(I don't need to post examples of crypto projects here that do the same thing, do I?).

I explained above that the actual dapp is a reference implementation and work in progress.

I checked the site and ANN out in detail and I have understood the basic concept that you are gunning for, but I have no idea why anyone would be interested in something like this.

Think about it. This isn't a betting site or exchange or something like Onehash. It just focuses on bet related ideas which is why I don't think this will be successful in the short term or long term op. Just my 2 cents.

I have been reviewing and they take very good care of the detail aspects for the wallet giving recognition to the corresponding local language. It would be great if you could combine those initial colors with a shiny gold color, it would make it more eye-catching.

you need to be on binance smart chain to test it. I added a popup if somebody is entering the dapp without any wallet installed.
however, you can actually place bets, it is not just an idea exchange.
