It looks like you can, I'm not using pc but I have been using the combination between my smartphone and PC. I have been staking my coins from both DAI on my exodus wallet on PC and then some POS coins on my trust wallet on my phone and both were running perfectly until today. You can try to make a small experiment about that.

Yes. There's no problem doing that. Which particular coin you're about to stake? You just need wallet and internet connection and it doesn't have any conflict if it's on the same network whether you have one, two or more PC connected to that network.
I haven't read someone having troubles staking their coins on their two wallets just for one PC, this is the opposite. Which means that having 2 PCs with each different wallets, you have no problem with that. Have you tried it already and you encountered a problem or not yet? Why'd you ask?

I don't think there should be any issue on this, because they are two different coins, different wallets, different staking systems and so on, so it doesn't matter if you are doing so with same internet network, what matters is that you set it up well and accordingly as stated by the team. Also, make sure you understand the needed process so that you don't use the method of one over the other and experience issues. Lastly, make sure the coin is worth staking because many projects which have staking systems or features only uses it as a leverage to attract more users and nothing more, hence the reason why the staking rewards becomes worthless with time and the project losing its value as well.

Internet connection or different ISP's doesn't play a role to limit your stake coin program (unless you are using the internet on your workplace because of restriction).

You are free to do it as long as you have an internet connection.

May we know what are those coins? Just want to give you some insights to save your time and effort.

I think you can stake with the same IP address at the same PC using a single core node.

So definitely there will be no problem with two separate PC with the same IP address. But it's better to know what crypto you are planning to do this kind of setup because every staking might have a different protocol. So our advise might be wrong here.

I'm not sure about the math here! I give it a thought, I stake some coins and I wanted to ask some friends to give install wallets on their computers and to stake coins for me! But I will have to fill that wallets with coins, so is there a math if I stake 5000 coins on my computer or is it better to stake in to separate wallets, each with 2500 coins!?
After thinking, it trough I decided that is better to have one wallet with more coins, than more wallets with smaller amounts! But as some members said above, there are different staking coins with different protocol, so maybe you can find something that can worth making two wallets!

Yes, That is not a problem, just you have to make sure that those are stocked in different wallets. There is no issue with the same network. I have one like you. I use a PC and Smartphone. I didn't face any trouble or issue so you can do this without any hesitation.
