or is there anybody knowing glowmining.com is a real and legitimate store or is scamer?
You've done the right thing and you got your answer from stompix, when people are in doubt and do not know how to research or do not have enough proof about a certain project it's better to ask question, this one does not have a scam accusations yet by the proof that was given is enough indication that it might in the future.
as far as I have the experience, 99% of all cloud mining service is a scam. I wouldn't believe them, sounds so good to be true.
On the website, I can't see anything about the "company". There is a webshop, but there are none of the obligatory things. privacy policy, terms and agreements, GDPR comply... everything looks pretty amateurish, I wouldn't risk money here.

SCAM WEBSITE! I lost my coins. I bought 2 x Antminer S19 + 3 x Antminer Z15 ... They blocked me from everywhere after the payment. This website is a fraud! Stay away!
