I sometimes get that error while closing Electrum, and AFAIK it's quite common in Windows.

For your transaction(s), don't worry about them, it's broadcasted in the network via the server where you're connected to
and the network will do the rest, your Electrum is just a client to "view what's happening" aside from create, sign, broadcast transactions.

Maybe you enabling Data Execution Prevention (DEP) windows?,
If yes go to control panel > view advance system setting > setting > click tab Data Execution Prevention > put except program (electrum) in box.

or go to cmd then write
Code:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

Is that so, this was my first time experienced it so I got a bit panic and try to open electrum in a hurry

I am not sure about it seems still based on the default setting, I will try to disable it later.

Thanks to all of you guys, my mind was cleared so I decided to lock this thread.
