If you are taking it as received mistakenly from someone, think once again because the fee would be many times the USDT received by you. I think it was a dusting attack or some rebates for trading if you were involved in trading some coin where some competition was going on?

I dont think that this was a mistake. I've received 0,000686 USDT from Binance also. Checking TXID leads to bulksend from TXw5jvzLgHUEMmQtsHchrf6ZW8ZCQY7nNp. Checking this address transaction in tronscan (https://tronscan.org/#/address/TXw5jvzLgHUEMmQtsHchrf6ZW8ZCQY7nNp/transactions) shows numerous transfers of small amounts to various address. To whom does these addresses belong to - I have no idea. Probably all of them are users from binance.

A guy from Russian local board thinks this is all due to https://twitter.com/paoloardoino/status/1296452483955523584 or this https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/75411/tether-1-billion-usdt-tron-ethereum-blockchain

Yeah, upon checking the above post, it is confirmed that it was a dust attack although it doesn't make much sense. There's nothing to think for me as the wallet belongs to Binance and I don't have to pay anything for that.
I think there is enough discussion and I got the reason. Locking thread to prevent unnecessary reponses.
