qTrade has become my favorite exchange in the last year due to their forward-thinking approach to listing projects. Lots of great hidden gems on there. You can find their listing guidelines here: https://qtrade.io/listing_guidelines

Are there any exchanges (or ones that haven't launched yet) that have similar guidelines/philosophies? It is a very low volume exchange and some projects there are solely listed on qTrade. Some of these coins' communities are looking for ways to get listed on higher tier exchanges. As it stands, qTrade seems to be incubating a lot of innovative tech, most of which doesn't have great marketing.

Sorry to say but I'm not buying that, you are a newbie with zero activity and the first thing to post about is qtrade? I think you are promoting this exchange, another red flag about this new exchange is coinmarketcap comment about qtrade which says

This project is featured as an 'Untracked Listing

Newbies and others should stay away from this type of new exchange, using them to trade when we have better options in this space is high risk

I have never made a BTCtalk account before but I have been in crypto for a while.
qTrade has been around for maybe 2 years and they have been trying to get on CMC for a while, I think it is because they are lacking volume. They are a small operation with not much liquidity. You can go vet them on Twitter. But I agree that because of that, they are probably not great for newbies. Anyway, I am genuinely curious if there are other more developer focused exchanges because I have not seen any.

I have experienced trading QTRADE many times because of Idena and I can prove and give a testimonial that it is an honest exchange, far better than all those exchanges that launch ICO that only turn into scam projects.
I hope they can continue to list good coins and tokens and they keep up their reputation, they have a long way to go but they will arrive.

Qtrade lacks good volume and liquidity mate, not a good platform for trading, if this exchange is legit I wonder why coinmarketcap can't show any data about this exchange, saying it's been in existence since two years ago even raised few more eye brows, 2 years and no data info on CMC? That's not good

Then qtrade team must do more than just managing the exchange, they need new ways to spread awareness about this exchange, it's been two years and many still don't know about this exchange? That's not good, I wish the all the best
