A Proof-of-Bandwidth crypto for a Mesh Network

We are currently modifying a mesh router protocol to measure and convert bandwidth into a token. It's also essential that this token is publicly traded so that the markets themselves would start to determine the market value of bandwidth. It's also faster because users of the regular ISP's are always queued and prioritized least in the bandwidth hierarchy after the government, banks and corporations.

This is important because Google is actually planning to create a rigged fake Mesh Network that takes advantage on users.
