Not only listed people will prove them as innocent but also you have to prove that they are scammer when you add one user name here. Where is your prove that they are scammer?
Yes, I like your intention, it’s really good job that you want to help this forum to be clean. But you can not add someone in scammer list without proper documents.

Who you are, and why would we believe in your words on blank? You 99% sure, but 99 is still less than 100%. how can they prove their innocence if the accusation is only one sentence from an anonymous person from the internet?

Don't waste the time of moderators. If you have any evidence that is any user here is scammer, you need to post it here if you want this user to be tagged.
From your logic, I can accuse you that you are scammer, and you need to prove that I am wrong. I'm just curious how you will prove it.

If a high ranked and reputable member will post something like this I would have believed in his post because he has a long experience on how to look if a member is a scammer but unfortunately, you cannot find and no high ranking members with a good reputation will post something like this he will not break rules by posting in a wrong format and he will not accuse anybody without proof.
Who do you think you are a bully who just comes in here and break the rules.
