Have you taken a look at coinswitch.co ?

They have a fairly complete API: https://developer.coinswitch.co/

If you give a bit more detail about what you are looking to do, there are more options out there.
From just giving value for trades to complete trade info.

Coinswitch should do it.
Follow the link that I posted above, they have a sandbox for doing your initial testing.
Their rates are OK, not great. Unless something has changed there is no KYC.
There may be others but I know a lot of places use them without issue.

CoinSwitch can ask you to verify your identity at any time, see their terms of service:

We are committed to protecting our Users from fraud, scam, and other such financial crimes on the Platform. In order to prevent such activities, it is necessary to take measures to verify the identity of the customer and the authenticity of the transactions. You agree to share personal information including, but not limited to, your Name, Email Address, Contact Information, Telephone Number, Username, Government Issued ID, Date of Birth, Photographs, Source and Ownership of Funds and other information as per the specific requirements of CoinSwitch and as may be specified to you from time to time.

Look at this list for some alternatives: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5218464

Godex.io looks like a good option but I would suggest you do your own research, and read the tos before anything.

Wow, I 100% missed that. I have never had them ask for anything and have put some large amounts of coin through them over time.
Wonder if it's in there just to cover them if they ever want to, or if I have just been lucky and never got hit or it just legal boilerplate that their lawyers made them put in.

It might have something to do with laws and regulations, but sadly, a lot of exchanges (like Changelly) abuse this to selectively scam people.

So basically, they can ask you to pass KYC because of some "suspicious activity" with your transaction (without giving you any details about it) and if you refuse to submit your documents, well.. they get to keep the coins.

Any suggestions for an API to enable coin swap facilities? No KYC and no verification is essential
I will chose https://flyp.me/en/api/ they have small volumes and clear KYC and a license in Luxembourg, which I do not think they will implementing kyc, because the laws in Luxembourg are not strict. you can find them address easy.

CoinSwitch looks very similar to Challengy, and Godex.io does not seem to have a strict privacy page. they support Monero without KYC which is a red flag in the future

-snip-

You shouldn't expect them or any other service based on the EU to follow a different set of rules/regulations (Flyp.me = HolyTransaction):

If a Client, a Client Swap, a Client’s Transaction Request or a Transaction is flagged as suspicious through HolyTransaction’s internal controls, HolyTransaction will require additional proof of identification from the Client and has the right to decline any Transaction Request until additional and verifiable proof of identity is received and the compliance officer has approved the Client Transaction Request.

What about TronWallet API for their coin swap feature?

I'm not familiar with their API, but if you want your transactions to be "fast" then you'll have to use large exchanges (like the ones we suggested above).

At least you will know how to communicate with them and that your files on the hand are legally known and not send them to unknown people who want to steal your money.
other exchanges may impose kyc and they do not have a license.
