Hey OP, just curious: did andulolika pay you the 0.01 BTC? I'm asking because I saw a topic where he is begging asking for a 0.009 BTC loan and I believe he made the bid here without even having the necessary money. That topic was created short after he won this auction, thus I think he had only 0.001 BTC and he either by accident or for vanity wrote he is bidding 0.01 lol. And now he asks for 0.009 load which combined with his 0.001 make 0.01 BTC - the money he has to pay for your auction.
You are so stupid you can't even read, how can i take a loan with this very collectible as collateral if I didn't pay for it?

Keep digging for shit but this is a question you ask privately, not bump a dead thread.

so did you pay capn_hash for the chip and did you get the chip from minerjones?

Just curious if the transaction actually completed or not - don't care about some loan, should have nothing to do with this thread.

The chip is being held by minerjones as collateral. I hate spamming threads specially when they aren't relevant anymore.

ah - so it was paid for, sent to minerjones who is now holding it as collateral on a loan, that has not yet been repaid?  The thread to your loan request does not appear as though you got a loan though. Are you still trying to get a loan and thus minerjones has to keep the chip? or is the loan you need so that you can pay for the chip?

Nope It got filled privately, i pmed all 16 lenders i saw in a thread of lenders and recieved it fast enough. The chip is the collateral, the btc I cashed out for cheap lol. The repayment due date is 2 september. Don't worry you won't see this one for sale Tongue, it's been a while i feel i need to stash up on funded collectibles.

I am still confused - you had .01 btc that you used to pay for the chip - it was sent to minerjones to use as collateral to take out a .009 btc loan?

or did you borrow the .009 btc to pay for the chip and you have to wait to receive it until you pay the loan back?

I am not trying to harass you - just to understand.

I paid for the chip, minerjones sent me a picture holding it in his own hand then I took the loan with it as collateral.

So practically you paid the chip with the money from minerjones, money which you didn't have when you signed up for the raffle and that's why you were desperate to take a loan. That's because instead of writing a bid of 0.001 (which was closer to all other bids), as an imbecile low IQ illiterate that you are, unable to compute the difference between 0.001 and 0.01, you wrote 0.01. Right? So practically you were 0.009 BTC short, and from here the need of a loan request. So we can conclude that minerjones bought with his own money that coin, unless you pay him by Sept. 2nd.

And as you are unable to earn money from a regular job, due to your low intellect, you decided to open that translations-related scam topic in the Romanian board, hoping to find someone naïve enough to pay you 2 shekels for an illiterate translation made by a pajeet unable to spell correctly "hello". Right?

@OP: did andulolika pay yoy the 0.01 BTC? If yes, are you so kind to tell us when he made the payment, please? Thank you.

I understand it as he had funds to pay for the chip when he was bidding - and then took a loan after paying for the chip?

he explained it differently though - said he paid for the auction win - and then later took out a loan.

if not - then I would be very upset as I was winning the auction until he outbid me by 1/3rd of my total bid - no one should be bidding if they do not already have the funds with which to pay.

If he had to borrow funds to pay for the auction win, his bid should void.

IIRC there is no rule about that, Requesting a loan for paying the Auction item is valid. For as long as he win the bidding war fair and able to pay his bid promptly. This is just my opinion and obviously my judgement if ever I'm the host of this Auction. I believe the problem will go to the lender that approved his loan which is not the Auction host business. Wink

Out of curiosity, who is the lender that will approved his loan tho?

seems contrary though to allow this when most require that noob members pay deposits - why simply not allow them to bid and then go to the loan section to secure a loan?

the issue I see with it is, what if they don't get a loan? If someone is wishing to bid on an item, they should have the funds or secure the loan in advance. Though without requiring a deposit from everyone, that would be hard to know or to keep track of.

So maybe that is why it is allowed - which I will concede does make some sense in a roundabout way. Doesnt mean I like being outbid by someone who lacks the funds to pay for the item.

He is not a newbie though and also he has a positive feedback for hosting an auction in having multiple successful transaction in the past. His negative feedback is not related to his trading history so I believe that's the reason why his bid are still being acknowledged as valid bid even though he was nuked by negative trust . I don't know about this guy history in the forum but he is active in collectible section.

Then he will be forbidden to bid on Auction forever and the second to the last bid will be the winner.

Anyway let's wait on OP update about his payment. I'm surprised that no one bid above its faced value.  Shocked

Hey All!

While reading the recent additions to this thread it does sound like there were some interesting dynamics going on. However from my end all was above board. I Spoke with the the winner right after the auction and I was promptly paid for the item and shipping.

he explained it differently though - said he paid for the auction win - and then later took out a loan.

That's why I asked OP if and when the pajeet paid his bid. Nobody should trust this scammer and ban evader who made death threats in the forum and who didn't pay for a previous loan for 3 years.

I Spoke with the the winner right after the auction and I was promptly paid for the item and shipping.

Most likely he scammed someone took another loan for paying the bid then he needed another loan ti pay for the previous one lol. You can expect anything from someone like him, which is an embarassment for all Romanians, for all the Legwndary members and for the entire forum.

If you ask me, I'd even expect him to bribe OP to say what he said.

Hold up man no one bribed me for anything here. The winner did pay and if he hadn't don't you think I would have mentioned that within the thread here and certainly not sent the Item. If you have a reason to distrust him that is fine but the only transaction I have had with him was legitimate. The only awkward thing for me in this auction was that the item sadly only went for face value.

I dont think capn is the bribing types - I have had several deals with him and he keeps it on the up and up and pretty straight forward. I was just confused by what was going on and curious if he actually paid for it or not - if he had not actually paid for it, then I would offer to pay he defaulted loan before he actually defaults and then take the chip if possible as it was me that he outbid.

Yes, I underatand you perfectly. Sorry, OP, I meant no offence for you. What I wrote was about andulolika and what I would expect him to try.

Most likely, he borrowed some money from somewhere to pay you and then he needed a loan to pay back.
