The tickets fraud could be contain information of each customer, and that's mean you could be sell your own information. I just don't really like it, when some project contains indetify all of the customer. Privacy of your self/data was really important.
Why does it not get the attention it deserves?
What's you are referring? not getting attention from the community or the exchange.
Then, they was really realize the feature or main idea of the project was not really worthy to be invested. Everyone has their own speucaltion so don't know the exact reason, and different person have their own opinion.
