I cant get my ADA out of the yoroi wallet

Hi i am wondering why i cant get my ada out of the yoroi wallet? It has something to do with this shelley update, ledger saying it doesnt support yoroi anymore? is my ada still safe?

Yoroi is a lightweight wallet and Chrome extension similar to MetaMask. Did you receive a recovery phrase when you created the wallet? If you wrote it down, your ADA is safe.
If not, your Ledger's seed can be used to recover all your funds.

I am not sure how those 3rd party wallets work in Ledger so I would suggest you contact both Ledger's customer service and do the same thing for Yoroi. Explain your problems properly and the advice they give you is what matters.

You're right, it is about Cardano Shelley hard fork, which caused Ledger to no longer support Yoroi - but you have a option to swich to AdaLite which is supported by Ledger. The private keys for the ADA are in your Ledger anyway, so you will solve the problem with the new user interface.
