hello following a transaction problem I am asked for exchange id. But I don't know where to find it.
can you help me please

I guess you are talking about the transaction id?

Inside of the History tab, click on the transaction you want the id from -> The top field shows you the TX ID.

Where is this being shown?

Transaction ID is what I also think you are referring to. If so, read what bob123 has already said. It is the hexadecimal string that you need as ID. You can search it on any blockchain explorer as well to get some info.
