I could use some help here guys.
PowerColor Radeon R9 280x
Im running Win 7
4gb ram
Newest version of catalyst
cgminer 3.7.2

I cant crack 700kh/s and I cant keep the card cool. I have a 20" box fan blowing directly on this card.

Cgminer BAT file looks like this:
Code:
del scrypt*.bin
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
C:\Users\XXX\Desktop\cgminer-3.7.2-windows\cgminer.exe --scrypt -o XXX -u XXX -p XXX -g 2 -d 0 -w 256,256 -I 13,18 --thread-concurrency 8192,10241
--gpu-fan 100,auto --temp-target 70,70 --temp-overheat 85,85 --temp-cutoff 90,90 --lookup-gap 2,2 --gpu-engine 1050,1110 --gpu-memclock 1500,1498
--gpu-powertune -20,20 --no-submit-stale

The card in question is the card in the 0 slot.

not sure why you have your gpu powertune set to -20... set it to 0 . and is your gpu mapping correct?

Yea for some reason I had that set to -20 in the bat but in cgminer its showing 0. I went and changed it again in the bat. Not really sure what your asking about the mapping but the 280x always takes the 0 slot no matter what else is plugged in or what slot its in.

I have tried a few different bios settings Im going to try out 1.1v seems some others are getting positive results.

sometimes cgminer maps the gpus differently from the motherboard. eg. temp for gpu 0 will be showing on gpu 1. just make sure the mapping is correct cuz this could mess up your settings. you can run cgminer.exe -n option to check the mapping and use "gpu-map" : 0:1,1:0 or whatever to map is correctly in the config file.. not sure how its ran in the batch file --gpu-map i believe
