What is your goal in buying an Erc20 that is already used by someone else.?
What if the wallet you have bought is not completely secure, Because someone doesn't throw away the private key after their account is sold to you.
You should consider your intention to buy someone else's Erc20, because in cases like this, it is very vulnerable to theft of assets in the wallet.

It still secure for me because they can't change that private key after sold. Sellers and I have the same access, only one thing they don't know what to do while I know. Just that simple

I am keeping mine haha. I have some wallets that have been created in 2017 that I never used, but maybe OP has some inside info that we dont know about, a potential airdrop incoming for all the old ETH wallets (that can still be accessed and claim it)? Who knows, but I am definitely intrigued.

and of course, how would be secure that one would not use their private key after selling you the wallet?

I feel like its something about money laundering, so I wouldn't risk my safety for like $50 or even $100 knowing I can get it back with private key.

I don't see any risks of selling such a wallet for the seller. All risks from such a transaction are borne by the buyer. But the seller should also be careful if the buyer demands to transfer part of the cryptocurrency as proof of ownership to such a wallet. In any case, I think this deal is questionable.

I cannot understand what is the point of buying an old erc-20 wallet, and not creating a new one for myself. Actually, I don't see any advantage in this. In addition, I am convinced that the new owner will never be sure of the safety of such a wallet.
