I recently downloaded Electrum 4.0.2.  There is no addresses tab.  Under receive is description, requested amount and expires after.  There are also clear and request buttons.  There is no receiving address box as before.
How do I find my wallet's receiving address to share with someone so that they can send me btc?

You can go to the Menu > View > Show addresses and then a new tab will show and you can select addresses from there.

You can also use the receive tab, once you click "request", an address will show on the right.

Thank you.

Under Show Addresses, are addresses labeled Receiving those from which I can select in order to receive?

What are those labeled Change?

Is there a guide more updated than the one on electrum.org?

Under Show Addresses, are addresses labeled Receiving those from which I can select in order to receive?

Yes, all of them belong to you.

What are those labeled Change?

Change addresses are used when you don't spend an input fully. Instead of sending the remaining coins to the same address from which they were sent, they are sent to a completely new address in order to enhance your privacy. You can turn off that feature in the settings.

Is there a guide more updated than the one on electrum.org?

I don't think so. You can also check bitcoinelectrum.com for more information and this thread if you are interested in the Lightning Network support.

Yes, you will be able to see all the addresses belong to the wallet. Either they are labeled or not.

What are those labeled Change?
Any label you set for a specific address from the list is only for your own reference. The label won't be shared if you share the address with the one who will send btc to it, as it doesn't also restrict the amount to be received by that address.

Is there a guide more updated than the one on electrum.org?
Unfortunetly not. https://bitcoinelectrum.com/ is the most reliable guide but it seems not to be updated since a long time. Don't hesitate to ask here if you face any issue using Electrum .

change addresses are for internal wallet use. you should not hand them out to people.

the reason the addresses tab is hidden by default is because people get confused by all the different addresses. all you have to do to receive bitcoin is click on the request button on the receive tab. that'll give you an address.
