is it possible to trace from BTC wallet address that who is the owner of it or its name or in anyway some clue to be near to it like from which exchange or to which exchange or software BTC wallet belongs from
I think thats impossible.

Then you are wrong.

Quite a lot of exchanges combine all deposits on a cold wallet which can be linked to a specific exchange because 1) they publicly disclose their cold wallet address(es) or 2) it is quite trivial to find out to which exchange a given address belongs.
Please look at the posts on the previous page.

so its not completely anonymous?

how could one improve the privacy of their transactions even more?

is there even a way to be totally anonymous?

This all depends on how the transaction was made.

When you make a transaction via some external service that has your KYC info then of course it will not be totally anonymous.
Or when you use you home internet connection thats also a direct lead to you.

But when you desire it to be anonymous you have to follow the right steps for example you could just push the TX to the network on a proxy or on a public connection thats being used by the masses, for example in a mall then it will be very, very hard to track this back to you.

It's as anonymous as you make it yourself.

so its not completely anonymous?

It's not just "not completely anonymous", but not anonymous at all.
Bitcoin is pseudonymous, which means that you can perfectly identify transactions between pseudonyms.

And with additional information linking a given pseudonym to an identity, it becomes completely transparent.

There are privacy enhancing techniques and wallets which implement protocols to preserve privacy. But the base layer of bitcoin is not anonymous.

It's not possible to trace one's identity through a BTC wallet. If that were possible, it would defeat the original purpose of cryptocurrency.
It is possible when the owner publish the connection through social media, KYCed himself on exchange, etc etc. In short: other than doing privacy-focused steps when you make a transaction/receiving bitcoin, make sure you don't give away your identity if you don't want chainanalysis to link it up.
