I think you can extract or get your wallet with balance if you import the backup seed phrase to this tool https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
Or import the phrase backup to Electeum wallet.

What do you mean about this "not your wallet"?

Do you mean that you want is a watch-only wallet only just to monitor the balances of your wallets(That you can check from time to time)?

Public key or addresses is enough to monitor them just import the public key/addresses to any wallet that support watch-only wallet like Electrum.

Or do you mean that you want to backup those wallets?

You can also make backup funds from Blockchain app on the mobile phone by going to the security section or menu where you can find the "Backup Funds"

other than if you want updated and more accurate one (eg. list that contains scripts that have no address and the lists above don't show it correctly) then you'll have to scan and index the whole blockchain from start to the end on your own.

These lists include "weird' outputs (for instance m-3165957a315e3d9d2de76eccb1140cb8) too, I think that includes all scripts.
