I have 5700 XT Gigabyte, doing 54Mhs with 120w to 130w power consumption from the wall
I didn't modified the bios, only used MorePowerTools, take a look:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X77N4sDXP9g&t=353s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gU4T2_WSaZc&t=148s

It's an app that allow you to modify the values on windows, you don't need to deal with bios mod

With bios mod you can hit 56Mhs, but in my opinion it's unecessary risk because you lose warranty

If you join red panda mining on discord they have existing flashes for many 5700xt.
Just save ur bios incase it dies and flash it.
I’ve did both of mine.  You will get around 57.5 to 58 with the mods.  At around 120 watts.
But it’s ur choice totally.

The 5700XT GPUs have one problem that I don't like personally and that's the heating issue, mining with these cards for 24hrs is what I don't want to do because it's possible that the cards will get fried, 80c to 100c is way too high, what's your temp??

If the card is hitting 100c there's a problem with the card, air flow or with settings

Here I adjusted the fan curve to keep the card at 60ºc, it's simple, if you leave the fan at stock the card will be very hot
Another important thing to do is undervolt the card to consume less power, and to reduce the heat

If you want to mine it's important to tweak to card to achieve more efficiency (less power, less heat, more hashrate)

How do you guys undervolt the 5700xt? Ive -50 on my power limit via Afterburner. Soon as I touch core voltage however the card gets very unstable? Has anyone got an example of their batch file please? Thanks.

Which driver are you using? Do you get yellow exclamation mark code 43 after mod bios?

Try to use only Radeon Settings, the official one, to tweak your card
I found that MSI afterburner causes a lot of instability in my system, with my Nvidia gpu is fine, but with my 5700XT no

Here use -35 PowerLimit (more than that the card loses hashrate)
1890 Mhz Memory
1050 corevoltage

5700Gigabyte - hashing 54.4Mhs stable

Lots of pain here with Pulse. I've 2 of them, one good at 58MHs, one really bad at 55MHs and high voltage.
No problem with my 2 other ASRock doing 57 and 58MHs at low voltage.
